Can I lock in the rate for my portfolio anytime?

You can lock in your rate anytime from 11 AM Monday to 2 PM on Friday with the exception of 2 PM to 3 PM when we’ll be reserving this time for maintenance work.

Monday: 11 AM - 2 PM and 3 PM - 12 AM

Tuesday: 12 AM - 2 PM and 3 PM - 12 AM

Wednesday: 12 AM - 2 PM and 3 PM - 12 AM

Thursday: 12 AM - 2 PM and 3 PM - 12 AM

Friday: 12 AM - 2 PM

Please be advised that lock-in time will only be available until 2 PM on the business day preceding the Public Holiday. Lock-in will be disabled during Public Holidays and will resume at 11 AM on the subsequent business day.
