Can I have multiple goals?

Yes, you can! 

There is no limit to the number of goals and portfolios you can have in your StashAway account.

However, for StashAway Simple portfolio, you can only have 1 funded with your personal funds and 1 funded with your SRS account.

Do note that once you made a full withdrawal from one of your portfolios, the portfolio it will be automatically deleted.
